Our new MFC Control Box is a versatile solution designed to work seamlessly with analog mass flow controller (MFC) and mass flow meter (MFM) instruments. It can be setup for a variety of meter connections, including older Edge-card mass flow controllers from brands such as Tylan, Sierra, MKS, and others.
Featuring a 7-inch touch-screen HMI interface, the control box allows operators to monitor real-time flow measurements, configure setpoints easily, and view cumulative totals via the built-in flow totalizer.
In addition to precise control of legacy MFCs, the system includes robust data logging capabilities, capturing flow rates, setpoints, totals, and operational events for process monitoring and analysis.
