Flow Meter Calibration Services
NIST-traceable calibration for gas and liquid flow meters. Four dedicated calibration facilities. ±0.1% accuracy. Serving industrial, energy, environmental, and process industries since 2006. |
All calibrations are NIST-traceable to ±0.1% accuracy and include a calibration certificate. We calibrate meters we sell as well as third-party meters from any manufacturer. Salinas, CA facility. Est. 2006. |
Our Four Calibration Facilities
Gas Loop Calibration Gas Flow Meters |
Our gas loop calibration facility calibrates thermal mass flow meters, vortex meters, and Coriolis meters across a wide range of industrial gases. The loop recirculates gas at controlled pressure and temperature, allowing precise multi-point calibration at the velocities and conditions you actually operate in. Ideal for: compressed air systems, natural gas distribution, methane monitoring, process gas flow verification, and pre-installation acceptance testing. |

Water Loop Calibration Liquid Flow Meters |
Our water loop calibration facility is purpose-built for liquid flow meters. The closed-loop water system maintains stable temperature and pressure while delivering consistent, traceable flow rates across the full operating range of your meter. Multi-point calibration with certificate included. Ideal for: magnetic flow meters, ultrasonic meters, Coriolis liquid meters, process water, wastewater, and chemical dosing applications. |

Gravimetric Prover Calibration Highest Accuracy Liquid |
Gravimetric calibration is the gold standard for liquid flow measurement. Flow is measured by precisely weighing the collected fluid over time — no reference meter required. This primary standard method delivers the highest confidence for custody transfer, laboratory, and regulatory applications requiring maximum traceability documentation. |

Piston Prover Calibration Low Flow Gas & MFC |
Our piston prover calibrates low-flow gas instruments including thermal mass flow meters, mass flow controllers (MFCs), MEMS sensors, and differential pressure devices. The piston displaces a precisely known volume of gas at controlled conditions — ideal for instruments operating at SCCM-level flows where other methods cannot achieve adequate resolution. |
